It started with a realization: losing is only a failure if you don't learn from it.

In March 2024, after a hard-fought congressional campaign in Texas' 31st District, Mack Latimer found himself at a crossroads. Having played by the traditional rules, shaking every hand, attending every forum, and watching how the existing political machinery operated, he saw firsthand where the system was broken. Waiting until an election year to find and fund good conservative candidates was a losing strategy. To change local government, you didn't just need better candidates; you needed a better battlefield.

The Foundation

Mack Latimer, a 2016 West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Infantry Officer, left the Army following a deployment to Syria where he led an infantry platoon. During his military service, he also uncovered a significant maintenance scandal back in the United States, proving early on his intolerance for bureaucracy, inefficiency, and corruption.

Upon returning to civilian life in Bell County, Mack stepped up to revitalize the local conservative movement, helping transform grassroots energy across the county and winning election as Bell County Republican Party Chair before launching his 2024 congressional bid.

The Turning Point

Though the 2024 congressional campaign didn't end in a seat in Washington, it provided something far more valuable: an operational blueprint. Mack realized that the most critical local battles aren't lost in October of election years. They are lost years in advance because competent, ethical conservatives lack early capital, voter-level data, and disciplined ground logistics to clear the field.

Meanwhile, traditional political consultants were draining 40% to 65% of grassroots donations on retainers and agency markups while leaving local candidates to fend for themselves.

Our Mission Today

Mack founded Texas Victory for Liberty PAC with a simple, uncompromising standard: mission first, zero consultant commissions, and 100% of grassroots contributions deployed directly to the field. By recruiting battle-tested conservatives early, arming them with local property-tax and bond-debt audits, and running relentless door-to-door ground operations, we help conservative operators defeat entrenched incumbents against 8-to-1 odds.

We aren't just funding campaigns; we are building a bench of principled conservative leadership for the future of Texas.
